Howdy, neighbor —
The refrigerator's fine. Bob'll have a look.
Thirty-plus years on the bench fixing the appliances South Bay families lean on. No upsell. No three-visit runaround. One straight answer and, most days, a fix before dinner.

The handshake
I'm Bob. I fix things for a living.
I started turning wrenches on my dad's appliances in the driveway. Three decades later, the van's different, the tools are better, but the idea is the same: show up when you say you will, tell the truth about what's broken, and don't charge for fluff.
Most days I'm the one at your door. On the busy ones you'll meet my son Owen — same training, same rules. Either way, we leave your kitchen cleaner than we found it.

Owner · family run in the South BayWhat the neighbors say
Our Sub-Zero had been "scheduled" by two other shops for a week. Bob came the morning I called, diagnosed a failed start relay in ten minutes, and had us cold again before lunch. Paid what he quoted.
Priya R.Old TorranceStraight shooter. Told us our 18-year-old Kenmore dryer was going to nickel-and-dime us and that replacing was the smarter play. That kind of honesty is why he's our guy for good.
Mark G.Redondo BeachThird time hiring Bob — once for the fridge, once for the washer, and most recently for a wall oven. He remembers the house, remembers the dog. Feels like a friend showing up.

Good questions
What folks ask before they call.
How fast can you come out?
Same-day in most cases when you call before noon. If we can't get there today we'll put you on the morning run — you'll hear from us with a two-hour window the night before.
What does a service call cost?
A flat $89 diagnostic covers Bob coming out, troubleshooting the appliance, and giving you a written estimate. If you approve the repair, that $89 comes off the bill.
Do you work on built-in and luxury brands?
Yes — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, GE Monogram and Gaggenau are a regular part of our week. We stock the common parts and order the rest direct from factory distributors.
What's your warranty?
One full year on parts and labor for anything we repair. If the same failure comes back within that window, we come back free.
Is it worth fixing, or should I replace?
Bob will tell you honestly. A good rule of thumb: if the repair is more than half the cost of a comparable new unit and the appliance is past 10 years, replacement is usually smarter.
